Maria Inmaculada in Valencia residence is a women’s student residence located in the center of Valencia. Located in an area close to the Catholic University of Valencia, the European University and Universities of Valencia offers young university students personalized attention and a place for study and healthy coexistence.

It has 90 single rooms with full bathroom, equipped with all the necessary services for the study and enjoy a familiar, pleasant and cozy atmosphere. In its facilities you will find a dining room, TV room, living room, studies, library, assembly hall, conference room, oratory and chapel.

It offers meal service with schedules adapted to the university students and prepared by an external company that makes its preparation in the facilities of the residence. Many young women emphasize how good, tasty and homemade the food is. It makes them feel at home.

They have washing machines and a large terrace to hang out and enjoy it in their moments of rest and recreation. It’s a summer attraction for everyone!

Student Residencia RMI Valencia has a wifi system, 24 hours a day. and on each floor there are refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, cold water fountains… a place to share snacks with colleagues.

The entire house is heated and the common rooms are air-conditioned (dining room and study rooms).

Rates are full board and VAT included:

– Single room with bathroom: 750€/month + 10% VAT (nine monthly payments)
– Single days at 35 euros full board

The room reservation for the academic year has a registration fee of 200€. The residence admits several types of single-day stays.
