The Demar Godella University Residence is conveniently located near the University of Valencia (Burjassot Campus), the Catholic University (Edetania Campus), and CEU University (Alfara del Patriarca Campus). It boasts an ideal location in the center of Godella, housed in a fully renovated historic building that retains original architectural elements, providing it with a unique charm.

The residence offers a choice between single or double rooms, with bright natural light, some featuring exterior balconies. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, heating and air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, full furnishings with ample storage, and dedicated study and rest areas.

In addition, the newly renovated facilities, fully accessible for individuals with disabilities, include a spacious dining room, an interior courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, a laundry area, and two sunny terraces with relaxation areas. Safety is a priority, with electronic locks for both room and main entrance access. Services include utilities, weekly room cleaning, weekly linen and towel changes, and breakfast from Monday to Sunday.

Rates (VAT included) are €800 per month for a single room and €650 per month for a double room.
