Amanecer Student Housing

The Amanecer Student Residence is located in Alcorcon, a town in the southwest of Madrid, a stone’s throw from the Alcorcón campus of the Rey Juan Carlos University, and well connected to the Mostoles and Fuenlabrada campuses.

They have single or double rooms with full bathroom in each room.

It is well connected to Madrid by multiple means of public transportation.

In its facilities you will find a cafeteria and restaurant, heated swimming pool, gym, tennis and paddle tennis courts, jacuzzi, sauna, gardens, etc.

Laundry, ironing service and daily room cleaning are included in the price.

Bed and bath linens are also included as well as air conditioning and wifi.
They offer full or half board service.

The rates for single room with full board are 1257€/month and with half board 1077€/month and the rates for double room with full board are 1050€/month and with half board 870€/month.

There is a collaboration agreement with the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos whereby the students of this university enjoy special conditions and prices.
