The Student Experience Madrid Pozuelo complex is located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, offering modern, fully furnished, 23m2 individual studios with private terrace and bathroom. This comfortable accommodation is located near several universities.

From the complex you will have quick access to the main universities and schools such as ESIC, Somosaguas Campus, IESE Business School or Francisco de Vitoria University. You will also have excellent communications with the rest of the universities: San Pablo CEU, Carlos III, Pontifical, Nebrija, Polytechnic, University City, European University and Rey Juan Carlos.

It features a luxurious inner courtyard with a huge swimming pool, a rooftop paddle tennis court, a fitness center, a restaurant and much more. Expenses and services included, no additional charges other than the meal plan of your choice!

The studios at Student Experience Madrid Pozuelo have a surface area of 23m2. They include a private coffee area, a bathroom and a terrace. The height of the studio is approximately 280 cm. Everything you need to feel comfortable, including a double bed, a closet, curtains, a linen pack and useful items, as well as a TV and WiFi connection. Automatic shutters are included in each studio to easily control light and keep the studio cool, an air conditioning unit for heating and cooling so you can set your ideal temperature and an easy and secure access card and power activation to ensure control of usage.

The modern facilities include gym, swimming pool, terrace, paddle tennis court, athletics track, parking, bike parking, lounge, private dining room, study room, 24/7 security, reception always available, carsharing, interior courtyard, vending machines, laundry, etc…

The accommodation has a restaurant, where you can select one of the following options: half board with breakfast and lunch for 305€ (20 tickets for breakfast and 20 tickets for lunch or dinner), full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner for 420€ (20 tickets for breakfast and 40 tickets for lunch or dinner), or none of the above options.

Adapted studios are available on reservation, subject to availability, and have a surface area of 27m² and a balcony of 6m². Adapted studios are specially designed and prioritized for those with reduced mobility requirements.

The studios have a bed, desk and closet, as well as high-speed wifi and air conditioning. Cleaning of the studios and bed and bath linens are included. As well as the aforementioned expenses and services.

The fee for the studio starts at €1,190 per month. The price includes VAT, use of electricity, water, internet, cleaning service, taxes, 24/7 security and free use of all common areas and facilities of the complex.

Full board costs €305 per month and half board costs €420 per month.
