InnPozuelo Student Housing

It is a student residence in Pozuelo de Alarcon, a 10-minute walk from the Somosaguas Campus of the UCM and ESIC. Also, thanks to the bus stop in front of the residence, you will be very close to other universities such as UFV, CEU San Pablo or UPM. Madrid is 20 minutes away by public transportation.

Pozuelo is an area full of training schools and university centers, but in addition, you will also have access to leisure areas, stores, supermarkets, etc…

They have individual rooms, all of them exterior and furnished. In the common areas there is a kitchen with kitchenware, living room with TV, dining room and bathrooms. In the urbanization there is a swimming pool and gym.

The food service is provided with homemade food on a daily basis following the Mediterranean diet.

Rules of coexistence:
Free schedule. Peaceful coexistence, no tobacco, no alcohol. Restricted visits.

Public transportation:
Buses to Moncloa, Aluche, Chamartin, Universities, ETC.
Light rail at the door that links with Cercanias Renfe station Aravaca or Metro de Madrid, Colonia Jardin.

Prices start at 699€ per month and upwards depending on the size of the room and whether meals, personal laundry, bed linen, etc. are required.
