The University of León is a public university created in 1979. This university stands out in training in humanities, law and economics and in earth science degrees such as veterinary medicine, agronomy, biology, etc.
It has 37 undergraduate degrees, which are taught between its two university campuses, although most of the faculties and schools are located on the León Campus.
