The Nuestra Señora de Fátima residence is a women's accommodation located in the heart of León, just a 20-minute walk from the Vegazana University Campus (University of León). It also boasts an excellent location near the University School of Social Work, the School of Art, and several high schools and vocational training centers, such as CIFP Ciudad de León and HM-CESUR, a center specializing in healthcare vocational training.

The accommodation offers 46 single rooms, specifically three types: plus room, north-facing room, and south-facing room. Weekly room cleaning is included in the rental price.

The residence features study rooms, a library, recreation and television rooms, laundry facilities, and a sunny courtyard.
