Santa Rosa de Lima University Residence

The Santa Rosa de Lima University Residence is a women's residence located at Calle Juan Mambrilla 1, in the center of Valladolid. It is just a few meters from the cathedral, 300 meters from the Faculty of Law, 500 meters from the Faculty of Medicine and the University Hospital, and a 10-minute walk from the other faculties of the University of Valladolid. It also has excellent transport links to the Higher School of Dramatic Art of Castile and León. 

The accommodation has 54 single rooms, with private bathroom, study table and chair, wifi, natural light, etc.

The residence has study rooms, a library, leisure and television rooms, a laundry, and specific rooms for architecture, body expression, plastic arts, etc. The common areas are currently undergoing a thorough renovation, providing them with uses and equipment adapted to the needs of current degrees such as architecture, audiovisual communication, dramatic art, medicine or technical careers that require it.

The accommodation includes the following services: Activities Program, 24-hour Attention, 24-hour Security, Video Surveillance, WIFI, Bed Linen and Towel Service, Laundry, Room Cleaning, Maintenance, Heating, Full Board.

Rates for a single room are €680 per month. The price includes full board every day of the week (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), and adapted menus.
