Almenara is a women's university residence in Valladolid, offering a carefully curated and peaceful environment for students who want to experience their academic year in a well-organized, welcoming home with daily support. The residence has only 18 places, which fosters a harmonious environment and personalized attention. All rooms are single and have a private bathroom, offering each resident their own space to study, relax, and organize their routine during the academic year.

Almenara includes full board from Monday to Friday. Meals are served at the residence itself, while on weekends guests use the facilities of the Colegio Mayor San Juan Evangelista. This greatly simplifies organization during the academic year, especially during weeks with classes, practical sessions, or exams.

The rate also includes bi-weekly room cleaning, weekly change of sheets and towels, cleaning of common areas, use of washing machine and dryer, lounge, and study area. In addition, the residence has a staff member responsible for handling incidents, everyday needs, and supporting daily life.

Optionally, residents can join the San Juan Evangelista Residence Hall of the University of Valladolid to participate in its activities, use its facilities and enhance their university life without having to reside there.
