Cardenal Mendoza Apartments Residence

The Cardenal Mendoza Apartments Residence is located in the building of the former “Convent of La Merced”.

It is just one minute from the Miguel Delibes Campus and a seven-minute walk from the Esgueva Campus and the Faculties of Philosophy and Letters and Commerce.

The Cardenal Mendoza Apartments, inaugurated in September 1996, are the result of collaboration between the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Junta de Castilla y León, the Valladolid City Council and the University of Valladolid.

The complex consists of 201 apartments, each with 2 single bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen.

In addition, the apartments have a 24-hour concierge service, garage, dining room, study room, leisure room, as well as other services available to the resident.

Each room has a private bathroom, a desk, and built-in wardrobes. Special rooms are also available for people with physical and visual disabilities.

The application period last year was from May 22nd to July 1st.
They take income level into account when allocating a place.
