Xior Seville Student Residence

Xior Seville is the new accommodation for students in Seville in the heart of Avenida de la Palmera, undoubtedly one of the most exclusive areas of the city of Seville.

Xior Seville is located very close to the Reina Mercedes Campus and the Ramon y Cajal Campus, as well as the Maria Luisa Park, a historic garden, an emblematic place in the city and ideal for outdoor sports.

Its privileged location makes it practically perfect for students of the University of Seville due to its proximity to the Reina Mercedes and Ramón y Cajal Campuses, and its good connections with other campuses such as Macarena, Nervión, Los Remedios or Cartuja, as well as with the rest of Seville’s universities (LOYOLA, UPO, EUSA, CEADE, ESIC…) and the city center by public transportation.

Among the modern facilities of the residence we can find: gymnasium, study rooms, 24h reception and garden area, swimming pool, common areas, communal kitchen, etc…

All rooms have a private bathroom and a small office where you will have your own refrigerator and microwave, and a comfortable, modern and functional equipment.

It offers services among which are the alimony, the price per month for half board is 255 €, in the case of full board 346 €.

The fee for the Studio is 639€. For the rest of the categories double 499€ per month and Individual 639€ per month.
The payment of the deposit is 750€ for stays of more than 3 months, in the case of staying the entire academic year a registration fee of 50€ is paid.

For a stay of 1 or 2 months, no deposit or tuition is required.
