One Seville Student Housing

The One Sevilla residence is a mixed residence with modern facilities located on Avenida de la Palmera next to the Faculty of Architecture. Connected to other campuses (Ramón y Cajal and Rectorado) and universities in Seville (Loyola and Pablo de Olavide).

It has capacity for 250 residents distributed in single and double rooms of different types based on the needs of the students. All rooms have a sofa bed, study table, private bathroom, self-regulating hot and cold air conditioning system, air purification system and a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator.

In One Seville residence everything is included in the price: Full board from Monday to Sunday, with healthy and varied menus (breakfast, lunch and dinner), weekly cleaning of the rooms (change of sheets and towels which they provide), all utilities included as well as high speed wifi.

All the activities developed by the residence are also included, such as culinary theme nights, sports tournaments and cultural activities, among others.

The residence has study rooms, recreation area, gym, swimming pool, terraces, laundry, car and bike parking, 24-hour assistance staff.

Prices vary depending on the type of room, but you can stay at One Sevilla from 530€ per person in a double room or from 707€ per person in a single room (taxes included).
