ALFIL Student Accommodation is a coeducational residence located only 300 meters from the University of Malaga. From the residence you can reach the Teatinos Campus in just 5 minutes walking. They offer single rooms, distributed in apartments and penthouses of different sizes, all rooms are spacious and very bright, and the distrubition is of bedrooms, living room, bathrooms and terrace. The rate includes full board every day of the week, with breakfast, lunch and dinner, with homemade menus and a wide variety of choice and with the possibility of repeating. Also included are services such as: room cleaning, high speed WIFI, washing and ironing of bed linen and towels, all utilities, VAT, etc… You will find a wide variety of facilities and services, all of them are included in the monthly fee, such as: dining room, study room, music room, recreation room, gym, study room, bicycle parking, parking… Room rates: – Room in apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: From 855€ per month. – Room in apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: From 840€ per month. – Room in penthouse with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: From 930€ per month. – Room in penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: From 1020€ per month. – Room in penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: From 1190€ per month.
