The Xior Picasso-Velazquez student housing is one of the most exclusive and beautiful residences in Madrid.

The student complex is located within the campus of the European University of Madrid (UEM), with all university facilities within a 5-minute walk. It is the only student housing within the university campus.

The student residence is a 10-minute walk from the center of Villaviciosa de Odón, where you will find stores, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop next to the Residence, which allows you to easily reach the center of Madrid (Principe Pio Station) in only 25 minutes.

The complex consists of two buildings with a total of 478 rooms, all of them exterior, with private bathrooms and functionally furnished, with a total of 510 beds. It also has large gardens perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The student housing also has a bicycle parking lot and parking.

The residence has spectacular facilities among which you can find: dining room and cafeteria, fully equipped gym, Olympic swimming pool, soccer field, vending rooms open 24/7, theater auditorium for rehearsals and free musical activities, laundry, parking etc….

Prices for single room from 1.830€/month and for double room from 1.310€/month. VAT included.
Full board is included in the price from Monday to Friday.
