Xior Granada

Xior Granada is a new, modern, co-ed student residence in the beautiful city of Granada.

The student residence is strategically located next to the Campus La Cartuja of the UGR, as well as within walking distance of the main faculties and schools. In addition, it is a residence very close to the city, so it offers everything necessary for study, rest and leisure that this city offers to its students.

The housing has 319 rooms, all in individual studios, with shared kitchen and private bathroom.

It has brand new modern facilities, with study rooms, gymnasium, cinema, swimming pool and terrace, private parking, access control and high security.

The room prices range from €575/month for the double studio, €710/month for the single studio, €905/month for the single studio without kitchen with half board, €735/month for the superior studio, €905/month for the Twodio with half board, and €905/month for the premium studio.

The registration fee is 150€ (to be deducted from the first monthly payment) and the deposit is 750€.

It is also possible to hire only lodging or half board.
Water, electricity and high speed Wifi are included.
