The Student Experience Granada Residence is a new residence in the city of Granada. Perfectly located in the Health Tech Campus – Parque Tecnológico de La Salud, this complex has 520 fully equipped studios.

It is located very close to the center of Granada, just 12 minutes by car, as well as several campuses in the city, 14 minutes from the UGR, 10 minutes from ESIC Business & Marketing School and 13 minutes from the Menéndez Pelayo International University.

Student Experience has two types of rooms, the standard studio and its XL version, each including a bathroom and a kitchen for exclusive use, ensuring each student an independent and enjoyable experience. In addition to Internet, cleaning service, miscellaneous supplies and 24/7 security.

As for the facilities, residents will have access to a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, parking, laundry, playground, study areas and even a paddle tennis court on the rooftop so that paddle tennis lovers will be able to enjoy the experience to the fullest.
