Students XD University Residence is a co-ed accommodation located in the heart of Granada, just steps from the historic center and the main faculties of the University of Granada. It is also within easy walking distance of the bus and metro stops, making it perfect for those visiting the Health Sciences Technology Park or the Cartuja Campus.

One of the main characteristics of the residence is the good atmosphere that exists in the facilities year after year, giving a family touch that makes your experience in Granada unforgettable.

The accommodation offers individual rooms with en-suite bathrooms, all fully equipped to make you feel at home. Regardless of room size, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), a private bathroom, a wardrobe and storage area, a study area, high-speed Wi-Fi, a television, and a refrigerator.

Among its services and common areas, we find: a 24-hour reception, so there will always be someone when you need them, dining room, with adapted menus, leisure area, coffee area, TV area, library, laundry areas, etc.

You can stay for a rate of €830 per month. The price includes all services and full board from Monday to Friday and breakfast on weekends and holidays, as well as weekly room cleaning.
