Colegio Mayor Ntra. Sra. de la Asunción is a co-educational college located on Avenida Menéndez Pidal, very close to the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Physiotherapy and Loyola University.

It has single and double rooms each with its own bathroom with shower.

The school boasts extensive gardens and numerous sports facilities, as well as a chapel, library, TV room, outdoor swimming pool, etc.

The rate for a single room is €754 per month and €722 per month for a double room.
