La Torre Residence

Daily life at Residencia La Torre is based on a full-board accommodation model with all services included. Meals, cleaning, laundry, study, sports, and leisure activities are all concentrated in one complex, reducing the usual errands and travel during the academic year. Furthermore, it is very close to educational centers such as CESUR, the Loyola Campus, and the University of Córdoba (UCO).

The residence occupies the circular tower of the former School of Agricultural Engineers, on Avenida Menéndez Pidal. This building is part of Campus Córdoba, a 56.000 m² academic and business environment with classrooms, sports facilities, and common areas.

Its 240 places accommodate university and vocational training students, candidates for competitive examinations, athletes, international students and other residents who move temporarily to Cordoba for academic or professional reasons.

The accommodation is divided into private and double rooms. All are exterior-facing and include a private bathroom, desk, wardrobes, air conditioning and television.

The monthly fee includes:

Rates start from €805/month. The price covers accommodation, full board for the entire week, and essential services.
