Xior The Lofttown is a newly constructed 3,300m2 bio-sustainable building with a capacity for 146 students. The Lofttown offers a value-added proposition with extreme attention to detail to make students feel at home at all levels.
It has 78 rooms with 140 beds and different typologies: single, double, option kitchen and/or terrace with private bathrooms.
In its facilities you will find a fantastic terrace for your free time, cafeteria service 365 days a year, study and architecture room, coworking room, multipurpose area, recreational area, private cinema, laundry room, large outdoor gym, solarium area, etc.
Prices are as follows:

- Double to share with terrace 1.099€.
Half and full board service is offered:
- Half board per person 342€
- Full board per person 475€.
