Founded in 1505, the University of Seville (US) is a public university based in Seville.
It is one of the two public universities in Seville, along with the Pablo de Olavide University.
The University of Seville is today a leading institution in the Spanish and European university system. With over 70.000 students enrolled, it is the second largest university in Spain and the largest in Andalusia in terms of enrollment across its 100 undergraduate degrees and more than 160 master's programs.
