The María Inmaculada Valencia residence is a women's residence located in the center of Valencia. Situated near the Catholic University, the European University, and the Universities of Valencia, it offers young university students personalized attention and a place for study and healthy living.

It has 90 single rooms with en-suite bathrooms, equipped with all the necessary amenities for studying and enjoying a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Its facilities include a dining room, TV room, lounge, studios, library, auditorium, conference room, oratory, and chapel.

It offers a meal service with times adapted to university students, prepared by an external company on the residence premises. Many young women highlight how good, tasty, and homemade the food is. It makes them feel right at home.

Rates include full board and VAT:

• Single room with bathroom: €750/month + 10% VAT (nine monthly payments)
• Individual days at 35 euros full board

The registration fee for a room for the academic year is €200. The residence offers various types of stays for individual days.
