Ausiàs March Residence Hall

The Ausias March Residence Hall is a co-ed residence located on Avenida Cataluña. Its location is ideal due to its proximity to the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia, specifically the Tarongers Campus and the Vera Campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

It has a dining hall and a bus service to schools that are further away.
It has single and double rooms, includes full board, cleaning service twice a week and the necessary facilities for study and rest.

Among its magnificent facilities we can find a library, study room, painting room, sculpture workshop, play area, cafeteria, bicycle parking, etc.

The rate for a standard single room is €766/month and for a double room €687/month. They also have other single rooms of different sizes.
