Rivalto University Residence (RUI)

Rivalto is a male university residence in Trieste for students who prefer the independence of an apartment, along with the services and atmosphere of a residence hall. Its layout consists of mini-apartments connected to a central hub located in Piazza Dalmazia, which houses the dining hall, study spaces, activities, and communal living areas.

The apartments have single or double rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. This layout allows for a more flexible routine, cooking when needed, organizing schedules, and living in a smaller environment without being isolated from the residence community.

The main building serves as a daily hub. There, residents can study, eat, participate in training sessions, meet with other students, or use the common areas. Furthermore, the University of Trieste is just 11 minutes away by public transport.

Rivalto facilities and services:

• Equipped kitchen in the apartment: allows you to prepare breakfasts, weekend dinners or meals not included in the dining service.
• Meals at headquarters: Rivalto provides lunch 6 days a week and dinner 5 days a week. It's not a full-board meal plan, but it does cover a significant portion of your living expenses during the week.
• Weekly cleaning: the rate includes cleaning of the apartments and maintenance of shared spaces.
• Included expenses: the stay includes heating, electricity and community fees.
• Wi-Fi: connection available in the residence and common areas for studying, working online or following university classes and projects.
• Study rooms: spaces prepared to maintain an academic routine outside the apartment and study in a more focused environment.
• Library: a consultation and study area within the main building, useful for preparing for exams or working in greater peace and quiet.
• Multimedia classroom: support space for academic activities, work and training sessions.
• Living room and recreational spaces: common areas to relax and spend time with other residents.
• Gym: Residents have free access to a gym near the main building.

Rivalto's rate starts at €550 per month with apartment accommodation and access to headquarters services.
