Its location is especially convenient for students of the Rovira i Virgili University, as it is only an 8-minute walk from the Catalunya Campus and about 20 minutes from the Sescelades Campus.

The residence offers different accommodation options, with single or double rooms that have access to a shared kitchen, study room and exclusive spaces for the residents of each floor.

It also has independent one or two bedroom apartments for medium or long stays.
