Los Bandos University Residence

It's a co-ed university residence, located in an iconic building in the heart of Salamanca, just steps from the Plaza Mayor. You'll also be very close to the UPSA and the main faculties and schools of the University of Salamanca.

They have 50 beds distributed among single rooms, rooms with private bathrooms and rooms with shared bathrooms, and double rooms. All rooms are fully equipped, have natural light, and spectacular views of the city center.

They offer full board, 7 days a week, with home-cooked meals and varied menus. Rooms and common areas are cleaned daily, including linens. You'll also have access to an industrial laundry service.

The facilities include an office on every floor, a recreation room, a TV room, a study room, a gym, a library, etc…

You can stay in one of the single rooms from €760 per month (VAT included).

They also offer the option of renting your own apartment or renting a single room to share a bathroom and common areas from €300 per month.
