The Montellano Residence Hall is located in the center of Salamanca.

It is a women's residence offering various services such as full board and private rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Its 97 private rooms with en-suite bathrooms are available in three sizes. All rooms include a bed, a desk with a lamp, a chair, a wardrobe, a bookshelf, a corkboard, and Wi-Fi.

It also has various rooms such as a library, gym, study room, TV room, chapel, etc.

Rates are €800/month (VAT included) for a standard room with full board. A medium room is also available for €830/month (VAT included), and a superior room for €860/month (VAT included).
To reserve, you will need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of €200 and a one-month deposit, which will be returned upon departure.

What does the rate include?

Dining room Spacious and bright dining room with full board service; breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week except Sunday dinner. Home-cooked meals with a choice of four courses for lunch and dinner.
Cleaning Room cleaning is carried out every 15 days by the center's staff; each floor has a cleaning room with the necessary utensils for daily cleaning.
