The Residencia para Estudiantes l'Estació de Sabadell (RESEST) is a mixed residence with a privileged location, being the closest residence to the Campus of the Autonomous University of Barcelona and 50 meters from the Sabadell public transport from where you can easily move to Barcelona. A prime location if you're studying at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the UAB. You'll also be perfectly situated, just a 9-minute train ride from the Gimbernat University Schools and a 15-minute walk from ESDI. It offers fully equipped double rooms, accommodating up to 36 students. The modern building is equipped with home automation to make you feel right at home, and boasts excellent common areas including a self-service kitchen, a large dining room, a TV room, an internet room, a games room, a sun terrace, laundry facilities, and more. Services included in the rate include access to all room furniture and amenities, weekly room cleaning, use of kitchens, storage, use of common areas, daily cleaning of these common areas, water and electricity consumption, internet access throughout the residence, and a free telephone. For meals, you have several options. Breakfast is a self-service buffet. Lunch and dinner consist of a two-course menu with dessert, with a choice of two options, prepared by the residence staff. The rate for a shared double room with half board from Monday to Friday is €883/month and for full board from Monday to Friday it is €998/month. Single room availability may also be available.
