The Colegio Mayor San Gregorio is a mixed residence located on Calle Valdés, next to the School of Computer Engineering.

Alongside its residential function, the university residence hall offers an environment of community, dialogue, culture, and freedom that makes it especially attractive. Encouraging participation in the organization of all kinds of social, cultural, and sporting activities is an objective in itself.

It has 60 single rooms and 20 double rooms with a full bathroom in each room, bed linen and towels and Wi-Fi.

They offer cleaning service and full board.

In its facilities you will find a library, TV and video game room, computer room, study rooms, garden area, cafeteria and restaurant, etc.

The rate for a single room with breakfast is €460,20/month and for a double room with breakfast, €365/month (VAT included).

Full board has an additional cost of €312/month.

Applications are due from May 1st to June 30th.

At Colegio Mayor San Gregorio, the rooms are located on the second and third floors of the building, making each room a private space where residents can rest and study with greater independence. All rooms are exterior-facing, and some even have their own terrace. They are also very bright and spacious, providing a unique and comfortable environment where cleanliness is meticulously maintained. Each room has heating, a reading light at the desk and headboard, and double-glazed, tilt-and-turn PVC windows. All rooms are equipped with two shelves, a shelving unit, a desk, a chair, a bedside table, a wastebasket, a mirror, and a wall-mounted coat rack. Pillows, sheets, a duvet, a blanket, and towels are provided.

IT'S FALLING TO PIECES

The university residence is falling to pieces; the facilities haven't been renovated for at least 20 years, if not longer.
Very harsh hazing rituals are carried out without the Director doing anything, just like with cases of bullying.
