It offers 42 beds in 38 modern and bright rooms, fully equipped and furnished, each with a private bathroom and refrigerator, among other amenities. The facilities include a study area optimized for concentration, with high-speed Wi-Fi and excellent lighting. In addition, there are spacious outdoor areas, a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, free weights, and cardio spaces, promoting well-being and socialization among residents.

The kitchens are equipped with compartmentalized refrigerators, an industrial dishwasher, four cooking zones, and a reverse osmosis system, as well as an interior patio with outdoor furniture. The building boasts an A energy rating, guaranteeing efficient and responsible energy consumption, and features a unique ventilation system to ensure optimal indoor air quality. It also offers 24/7 video surveillance, forced ventilation in the bedrooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, cleaning service, and an agreement with an external company for daily meal service (optional).

The layout of the blocks allows for the creation of an interior space with outdoor furniture and large open-air areas, for the exclusive use of residents.
