This residence is organized into apartments with two and three bedrooms, double or single, in which the students share a bathroom, a living room and a small kitchen with the necessary utensils for their use.

Due to an agreement with the University of Malaga, prices are set according to income. *Access to a place in the University Residence is through an application process published each academic year around April, which primarily assesses three aspects: family income level, distance from home, and academic record.

The rates for a single room are €228/month and for a double room €153/month.
It has a full board service that costs €286/month.
