La Granja University Residence is a co-ed residence located in the Metropolitan Park, in the Chamberí district, very close to the center of Madrid and just a few meters from the metro station. La Granja is the ideal accommodation for students from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), San Pablo University (CEU), Comillas (ICADE and ICAI), the European Institute of Design (IED), and St. Louis University Madrid Campus.

It is located in a historic building that has recently been restored to offer its residents modern facilities, full board and 24-hour security.
The residence's facilities include a study room, dining room, patio, solarium, and TV room.

The Residence has a total of 18 places between single and double rooms.

For a double room with full board: €800/month (VAT included)
