The Resa Moncloa University Residence is a co-ed residence located in the University City of Madrid. In the heart of Moncloa, it is just steps away from the various university faculties.

All rooms in the residence are single rooms with private bathrooms, equipped for studying and relaxing, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. They offer four types of single rooms.

Opened in 2021, it boasts modern facilities including fully equipped communal kitchens, a gym, a garden, a self-service laundry, vending machines, a study room, a games room, a meeting room, a TV room, a terrace, etc.

They offer half-board and full-board options. Room cleaning, weekly linen changes, and supplies are also provided.

Rates for standard single rooms start from €1.337/month and for superior single rooms from €1.492/month; prices include half board.
