Colegio Mayor Alcalá is a male university residence hall affiliated with the UCM and located in Moncloa, very close to the university city.

Colegio Mayor Alcalá boasts a prime location in Madrid, ideally situated for university students. It is close to the Complutense University of Madrid, the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Comillas University (ICADE and ICAI), CUNEF, and San Pablo CEU University. The residence also offers easy access to the metro and excellent public transport connections within the Community of Madrid, as well as private transport to San Pablo CEU and Francisco de Vitoria Universities.

It has individual rooms with full bathroom and wifi.

Students at the Pontifical University of Comillas can obtain a 40% discount; to do so, they must be from outside the Community of Madrid and have limited family income.

The purpose of the Alcalá Residence Hall is to provide good accommodation and complementary training to university students, in the best environment.

All rooms have been recently renovated and serve a dual purpose to ensure the comfort and study of our students. They are all single rooms with en-suite bathrooms. They are equipped with fiber optic internet access, as well as Wi-Fi, natural light, heating, shelving, a large desk, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a shirt rack.

What does the rate include?

Dining room Daily dining service (including holidays), prepared in our own kitchen, adapting our menus to the nutritional needs of the students
Concierge Open and operational 24 hours a day, for telephone support to families and clients, and direct support to students, receiving packages, and notifications.
Cleaning Cleaning is done twice a week, except in exceptional cases of long weekends or holidays, with a weekly change of sheets.
Laundry room For those students who wish to do so, a weekly external laundry service can be contracted.
Parking Ample space within the school grounds for parking students' vehicles
