Velarde House is the only student residence in Elche. It's a co-ed residence and is perfectly located in the city center, very close to the universities.

It is a collaborating center of the Miguel Hernandez University and the CEU Cardenal Herrera University of Elche.

They offer personalized customer service 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

They have single and double rooms. All with private bathroom. All with Wi-Fi and air conditioning (heating and cooling).
The furniture, bedding, and bath linens are chosen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In the modern and spacious rooms you will find indoor and outdoor common areas for your enjoyment and moments of rest, such as a solarium terrace and a multipurpose room.

The rate is all-inclusive, with no fine print, including room and common area cleaning, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, security, 24-hour service, bed and bath linen, electricity, water and community expenses, activities, onboarding service, bed and bath linen change service, to name just a few.

The rate starts from €500/month per person. Taxes included.

What does the rate include?

Onboarding Service On-boarding service available with all room types, includes: Pick-up and transfer on the first and last day to the residence by private vehicle from the arrival or departure point (Airport/High-Speed Train Station). City Integration: Assistance in getting to know and orienting the resident to the main places in the city (University, health center, etc.). Administrative Management: Assistance with managing any documentation required by the resident, such as city hall paperwork, health insurance card, bank accounts, transportation permits (bicycle, bus), etc. Personalized kitchen kit upon arrival at the residence. COVID Protocol: plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.
