Resi BCN is a mixed-gender accommodation located in a newly renovated historic building. It boasts an ideal location directly opposite the Badal metro station exit (L5, the blue metro line) and is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. It is close to the main universities (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universitat de Barcelona) and many other points of interest.

The accommodation offers 9 shared double rooms, 2 shared double rooms with a balcony, and 4 single rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom, wardrobes, a large desk, bed linen and towels, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and a window facing the street.

It has a shared kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerators, and plenty of storage space for your groceries. It's open and available 24 hours a day, and you'll find everything you need to cook, so they don't offer half-board or full-board options.
