Barcelona Gracia Housing Student is a co-ed student accommodation located in the heart of Barcelona in the popular Gracia neighborhood. Situated next to the Fontana metro station, which will take you to any point in Barcelona in just a few minutes, it's 5 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia and Casa Batlló, and 20 minutes from Park Güell.

Located in a building renovated in 2019, it is a modern student accommodation

It has a communal dining room, leisure rooms and study rooms.

Single room rates start from €680/month (10% VAT not included) and double room rates start from €495/month. Full board is not included in these prices.

To make the reservation, a registration fee of 200 euros + a deposit of 100 euros is required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
