Nomad Campus offers individual studios, apartments, coliving spaces, and shared flats to suit a variety of residents. Most accommodations are fully furnished and include a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, study area, and internet access to ensure a comfortable stay from day one.

The residences offer services designed to simplify students' daily lives, such as Wi-Fi, maintenance, laundry, security, and coworking or study areas. Many also feature a gym, chill-out room, shared kitchens, terraces, and social spaces for relaxing or working in groups.

Prices vary depending on the city, type of accommodation, and included services. Generally, rates start from approximately €650 per month in France and from around €770 per month in Spain for fully equipped studios.

Nomad Campus has over 50 residences spread across France and Spain, in cities such as Lyon, Cergy, Paris, Marseille, Grenoble, Montpellier, and Valencia. Their accommodations are typically located near universities and are well-connected by public transport and in vibrant urban areas.
