Xior Granada is a new and modern student residence, co-ed, in the beautiful city of Granada.

The residence is strategically located next to the University of Granada's La Cartuja Campus, and just steps from the main faculties and schools. Furthermore, its proximity to the city center provides easy access to everything students need for studying, relaxing, and enjoying the leisure activities the city offers.

The residence has 319 rooms, all of them individual studios, with a shared kitchen and a private bathroom.

It features modern, brand-new facilities, including study rooms, a gym, a cinema, a swimming pool and terrace, private parking, access control, and high security.

Studio prices start from €592 per month.

The registration fee is €225, it is a registration payment, and the deposit is €500.

You can book accommodation only, half board (€265 per month) or full board (€325 per month).
Water, electricity and high-speed Wi-Fi supplies are included.

My experience at Xior Granada was a 10 out of 10. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. There are also plenty of spaces for studying or doing activities with others. Best of all, everything is close by and it's very peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Xior Granada for the entire academic year and it was truly fantastic. The residence is in a superb location; you can walk to the university in no time. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the common area is perfect for socializing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This residence is fantastic, I felt right at home. Plus, I love the city and everything is relatively close. I'd seen the one in Malaga before, but this one is amazing!
