The accommodation is co-ed and offers single, double, and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms and kitchenettes equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. You can also enjoy delicious catering provided by DO EAT. All prices include VAT, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning and linen changes, as well as access to the wonderful common areas.

The residence is located within walking distance of the university campuses Campus Fuentenueva, Campus Cartuja and Campus Aydanamar.
