It is a coeducational university residence, located in an emblematic building of the city and in the heart of Salamanca, a few meters from the Plaza Mayor. You will also be very close to the UPSA and the main Faculties and Schools of USAL.

They have 50 beds distributed between single rooms, with private bathroom and shared bathroom, and double rooms. All rooms are fully equipped, have natural light and spectacular views of the city center.

They offer full board service, 7 days a week, with homemade food and varied menus. Rooms and common areas are cleaned daily, including bed linen. In addition, you will have access to industrial laundry facilities.

In the facilities you will find an office on all floors, leisure room, TV room, study room, gym, library, etc…

You can stay in one of the single rooms from 760€ per month (VAT included).

There is also the option of renting your own apartment or renting a single room to share a bathroom and common areas from 300€ per month.

What does the price include?

Meals Full board from Monday to Sunday, the food is homemade, with weekly menu changes.
Cleaning Weekly cleaning of the room and bed linen (you must bring your own set of sheets and towels). Daily cleaning of common areas and shared bathrooms.
