The Camplus Seville Student Residence is a new, modern and functional mixed residence, located on Tramontana Street, a few steps from Avenida de Reina Mercedes and Avenida de la Palmera.
It is very well connected to other campuses and universities such as the Rectorate of the University of Seville, the Ramón y Cajal Campus, the Cartuja Campus and the Loyola (whose shuttle has a stop very close to the residence) and Pablo de Olavide Universities.
It has 196 rooms of different types, all of which are comfortable and modern.
It has the most modern facilities to study and enjoy the city. In its facilities you will find a library, work rooms, living room, leisure area, activity room, own gym, terrace, swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry and dining room.
It has nine types of rooms:
- Double room from 810 €/month per person.
- Single room from 990 €/month per person.
- Apartment (2 single rooms) from 930€/month per person.

ALL PRICES INCLUDE: Full board Monday to Friday. Weekly room cleaning and weekly laundry.

MEALS The residence offers healthy and homemade food, prepared in the residence by the Chefs, on a full board basis from Monday to Sunday.

STUDY ROOMS It is the space to study in silence. It is a diaphanous place, with few distractions and perfect light so that your eyes don't get tired and you can perform at your best.

CLEANING In the residence they are in charge of cleaning your room and washing the bed and bath linen once a week. You only have to worry about your personal laundry. The washing machines are activated by card or through the APP and the operation is very intuitive.
