One Residence Seville

One Sevilla Residence is a co-ed residence with modern facilities located on Avenida de la Palmera, next to the Faculty of Architecture. It is well-connected to other campuses (Ramón y Cajal and Rectorate) and universities in Seville (Loyola and Pablo de Olavide).

It has capacity for 250 residents distributed in single and double rooms of different types based on the students' needs. All rooms have a bed with storage underneath, a study table, a private bathroom, a self-regulating heating and cooling system, an air purification system, and a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator.

At the One Sevilla residence, everything is included in the price: Full board from Monday to Sunday, with healthy and varied menus (breakfast, lunch and dinner), weekly room cleaning (change of sheets and towels which they provide), all supplies included as well as high-speed wifi.

All the activities developed by the residence are also included, such as themed culinary nights, sports tournaments, and cultural activities, among others.

The residence has study rooms, a leisure area, a gym, a swimming pool, terraces, a laundry room, car and bicycle parking, and 24-hour assistance staff.

Prices vary depending on the type of room, but you can stay at One Sevilla from €803 per person in a double room or from €986 per person in a single room.
