Lemonade Fresh Living is a co-ed residence located very close to the center of Santiago and only a 9-minute walk from USC.

It is located in the iconic Hospital Xeral de Galeras building, a space steeped in history since 1920, completely renovated, uniting tradition with modernity.

Furthermore, from the residence you will be very close to train stations, bus stops and some of the most vibrant areas of the city.

The residence features a coworking space ideal for group work or individual study, a fully equipped gym for those who wish to stay active, and a screening and conference room for academic and leisure activities. Students can also enjoy the on-site restaurant, which offers nutritious menus tailored to their needs, and spacious terraces and outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing or socializing.

Activities such as cooking classes, events, coworking sessions and much more are also held, all designed to get the most out of the students.

Lemonade Residence features a 24/7 reception, a gym (hours to be announced), a library (hours to be announced), lounges and recreational areas, a restaurant, and a laundry room. We also offer Amazon lockers, bicycle rentals, parking (monthly and daily rates available), and a varied program of weekly activities, including sports and educational sessions. The restaurant is open from 7:30 am to 23:00 pm, serving breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 13:00 pm to 16:00 pm, and dinner from 20:00 pm to 23:00 pm. Half-board and full-board options are available, with catering available Monday through Sunday (excluding public holidays) and takeaway options. The menus, designed by a nutritionist specializing in young students, offer a wide range of choices and include alternatives for food intolerances, ensuring a balanced diet tailored to all needs.

Rooms start at €765 per month for the standard room and €1005 per month for the studio.
