InnPozuelo Student Residence

It's a student residence in Pozuelo de Alarcón, a 10-minute walk from the Somosaguas Campus of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and the ESIC Business & Marketing School (ESIC). Thanks to the bus stop right in front of the residence, you'll also be very close to other universities such as UFV, CEU San Pablo University, and the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). Madrid is a 20-minute drive away by public transport.

Pozuelo is an area full of training schools and university centers, but you will also have access to leisure areas, shops, supermarkets, etc…

They have individual rooms, all with exterior views and furnished. The common areas include a kitchen with utensils, a living room with TV, a dining room, and bathrooms. The complex has a swimming pool and a gym.

The food service is provided with homemade food daily following the Mediterranean diet.

House Rules:
Flexible hours. Quiet environment, no smoking, no alcohol. Restricted visits.

Public transport:
Buses to Moncloa, Aluche, Chamartin, Universities, ETC.
Light rail at the door that connects with Cercanias Renfe Aravaca station or Madrid Metro, Colonia Jardin.

Prices start from €899 per month with reservations of 10 months or more depending on the size of the room and whether food services, personal laundry, bed linen, etc. are required.

Short-term bookings are available; prices are available upon request. In July and August, prices are €699 per month.
