Madre Riquelme University Residence

The Madre Riquelme University Residence is a mixed university residence and is located on the Fuentenueva Campus, in the heart of the city.

It has two sections, one for women and one for men.
In its facilities you can find gardens, dining room, TV room, study rooms, library, gym, chapel…
It has single and double rooms, they offer daily cleaning service, laundry, own kitchen and dining room.

The rates for the women's section are:

• For a single room with everything included: €730/month
• For the double room with all-inclusive €59/month

And the rates for the men's section are:

• A single room with everything included costs €750/month.
• A double room with everything included costs €605/month

All amounts include VAT and access to all services including full board.
