Tribera Aachen Centre

Tribera Aachen Centre is a modern university residence located next to Aachen Central Station. More than just accommodation for sleeping, it offers a way of experiencing university life where each student maintains their privacy within their studio, but also has access to numerous spaces for studying, working out, cooking, or making plans with other residents.

The station is about a three-minute walk away, the different FH Aachen campuses are between 5 and 20 minutes walking distance away, and RWTH Aachen University is about a 24-minute walk away.

The residence offers fully furnished private studios, ready for immediate occupancy. Each unit includes a 120 or 140 cm bed, desk, chair, storage, USB charging ports, and a private bathroom. The private kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, induction hob, extractor fan, and oven with microwave function—a layout that allows you to cook and organize your daily life without sharing essential spaces. Accessible studios are also available.

The monthly fee includes all utilities and Wi-Fi, so the main expenses are combined into a single rate. The residence also organizes events related to sports, creativity, wellness, sustainability, and professional development.

Deposit equivalent to one month's payment.
